London, UK. 21st June 2014. An estimated 50,000 people marched from the BBC headquarters to Parliament Square in a protest against the austerity measures imposed by the Tory government. The demonstration and free festival was organised by the People's Assembly, Trade Unions and anti-cuts campaign groups to demand protection of jobs and oppose cuts to public, social and welfare services.
