LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM - AUGUST 28: Thousands of demonstrators gather outside Houses of Parliament to protest against plans to suspend Parliament for five weeks ahead of a Queen's Speech on 14 October, just two weeks before the UK is set to leave the EU. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced today that the Government has requested the Queen to prorogue parliament in the second sitting week of September meaning MPs will have limited time to pass legislation preventing no-deal Brexit.
